Complexica Pty Ltd, a leading provider of Artificial Intelligence software for optimizing sales, marketing, demand planning & supply chain activities, announced today that Dr. Arvind Mohais has joined the company as Program Manager, initially responsible for the various streams of work that collectively comprise the global rollout of Complexica's Decision Cloud® for Pernod Ricard Winemakers.

Dr. Arvind Mohais joins Complexica with 20 years of experience in the management & execution of large and complex software projects, with successful deliveries spanning several sectors and industries in areas related to production scheduling, supply chain planning, and demand forecasting & planning.
He is an expert in advanced optimization methods and predictive modeling techniques; has applied novel algorithms to problems in manufacturing, planning, and logistics; and has deep knowledge of technical architecture, software design & engineering, as well as project management & program delivery.
His skills are well suited to helping customers realize and extract value by identifying areas in which advanced optimization can improve commercial outcomes, and managing and executing projects to deliver that value. Arvind also holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a specialization in Particle Swarm Optimisation, a Master's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Genetic Algorithms, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
